“We arrived quite late, but Anisoara had everything organised — the keys, the access code, and clear directions. The room itself was very comfortable, with a large bed, good-quality bedding, and a proper full-size bath. Because the hotel sits on a pedestrian street, it was peaceful throughout the night and we slept really well.”

“The welcome was warm and the chheckin was smooth. The room was spotless and had everythinh we needed. All the staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and thete was a great deal of choice. My friend had the full English and was more than satisfied.”

“The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!”

“Convenient location for Gatwick and long-term parking options. 16th century building with bedrooms in character separate block. Upstairs bedrooms only accessible by steps but large size with King bed, chair and desk. Large bathroom and good shower. Very good breakfast with locally sourced ingredients and large portions. We were a late check in and manager brought us bottles from the bar to our room. Would stay again for sure.”
