โGreat new property in the Gulch. Walkable to shopping, dining, bars. Room was amazing! High-tech lighting throughout. Cool furniture in the room- not your typical hotel room chair etcโฆ. The staff went above and beyond.
Wouldnโt hesitate to book again. Great walk-in shower and separate water closet.
5 stars. More modern feel overall. Not necessarily for the traveler wanting the traditional luxury feel. โ

โI am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area. Easy to park and easy access to the freeway. Just minutes from downtown Nashville and minutes from Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the room key. I had a 3 night stay and each day my key cards would stop working. Had to get a new key every day. Either they key cards are incredibly...
โLove the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but itโs ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Canโt wait to stay here again. โ
โWe needed a place close to Vanderbilt hospital, and this location was great. They did not have the room type I reserved available when we checked in, but this was offset by comping the parking. The room was quite satisfactory, with a small fridge, Keurig machine, and microwave. No room safe though. The bathroom was big enough, but no fan....so easy on the burritos. The breakfast was excellent, with biscuits, gravy, chicken-fried steak (!), and plenty of other goodies. No issues with noise, A/C...
โLobby area very pretty. The suite was very clean but a little updating needed, i.e. small thread rip on couch, bathroom ceiling corners need repainting or touched up, fridgerator needs defrosted due to ice build up, lamp electric outlets were chipped and rusted. Having 2 beds was great but would've been better if they were queen sized. But very minor problems. Overall stay was very pleasant.โ
