"Nicely appointed studio apt, short walking distance to Duomo and city center. Apt is very noisy as you can hear neighbors above who were up until 3am partying. Woukdnt recommend for anyone wanting quieter accommodations. Easy self check-in procedure."

Only issue was the location is shown incorrectly on Expedia, however the location is still very convenient as Venice is easy to navigate. "Es sind drei Wohnkomplexe. Unsere hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, Meerblick und schönen Pool. Das Appartement ist insgesamt recht klein, einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine Sachen waren kaputt (Handtuchhalter, Türgriff Küchenschrank, Glühbirne, Abfluss, Balkontür). Die zwei Damen vor Ort waren sehr nett und bemüht und es kam auch schnell ein Handwerker. "Room is spacious and comfortable. Furnishings are high quality. Centrally located. What we did not like was the level of daily room cleaning which was close to none. They need to train or replace their cleaning staff. Swimming pool was not yet cleaned as it was early season but would have been nice if it was cleaned and ready to be used. "
