Try to message them regarding arrival time the day before to make sure the reception area is staffed when you arrive, they sent us a message to request that information but we didn't receive it until after arrival, but a quick call solved that easily. Contactless check in was slightly confusing but worked well enough and was decently secure but relies on other people to close doors behind them and to take the appropriate key for their room. "Nice boutique hotel in great location between train station and old town. Very easy check in even though we were a little late. Plenty of restaurants around hotel. Need to look for address numbers when following google maps to hotel. It takes you a couple of blocks past. Would definitely stay here again when in Bari. "

"The location of the hotel was perfect, only an 5-10 minute walk from the train station, and the staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. However, although the hotel Is clean, it is very tired and needs a facelift. The beds felt like prison issue, I don’t think we’ve ever slept on anything so hard and thin. The shower was small but it had amazing water pressure with hot water. I think it’s fine for one night but anything longer would be very uncomfortable. "

"The location of the hotel is great. However, some cons: they charge you if you check in later than 8pm (we didn’t, but something to note). There is no one on location after 8pm, so if you need anything, you’re out of luck until the next day. I wanted more pillows, because the one provided was basically a flat pancake, but I had to deal with it because it was past 8pm. If you want to check out early (before like 10am or something?) you have to remember to do it the night before, otherwise I don’t...
