"No restaurant, not even a brought-in continental breakfast. They had only pastries,coffee, bananas. My friends’ rooms on third floor had no frig or coffeemaker. My room on 5th floor had both. I’m wondering if I paid extra for those items without realizing it. When I made the reservation, I certainly didn’t ask for those things. Also, my room with the view included lots of street construction noise, certainly not the hotel’s fault. But my friends rooms on the opposite side of the building looked directly at a wall. However, the concierge, Brian, was extremely helpful, so kudos to him. I wouldn’t say there was anything bad about this hotel; my room was quite clean, the housekeeping service was good, and the bed was comfortable. And I loved the fact that you could watch TV without jumping through a lot of hoops or using apps; I like to watch the local news to know what is happening when I’m staying in a city. I gave the hotel the rating I did simply because it was very average, no restaurant and not a lot of extras"

"Just a quick overnight stay to get to an early appointment so I was mostly looking for reasonable pricing. I'd stayed previously at a place that was only slightly less expensive but that place was horrible, HORRIBLE. Anyway the Cow Hollow Inn was excellent for what I was looking for. Nice large clean room, free parking and near a range of restaurants."

"Great location and affordable for a quick stay. Close to Chinatown, several restaurants and you can walk down to the water. Rooms are small and very little counter space in the bathroom. Definitely a deal for those on a budget though!"
