"Overall this is a great hotel—wonderful neighborhood near all major London attractions, friendly and clean, comfortable bed, lovely restaurant and place to lounge during the day. The bathrooms inside the hotel rooms are barely private as there are no actual doors and solid walls, just a sliding glass door. Also, I would have appreciated complimentary coffee rather than having to pay for it each morning. Little touches like this would have added to the experience. Unfortunately this seems to be the trend now. Still, I would probably stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel, very respectful and responsive staff. The location is incredible, a 5min walk to the London Eye, Waterloo station. 20min to Borough market. 15-20min to Westminster, depending on how busy the bridge is. Incredibly quiet. No street noise. And the pool and spa area offered a nice place to relax after a long day being a tourist. We were so pleased. "
