"Our room was overall clean however few spiders in corners of bathroom and shower walls had water spots from not being wiped down. No microwave not enough bedside plugs. Overall nice room but not worth the cost."

"A small part of the property is NOT on the courtyard or the beach, it's across the street. When booking on Expedia, this was not clear (to me, at least). The room was fine, but no views and only a slight inconvenience to walk across the street to the courtyard and beach."

"Just left. Would absolutely stay again! We stayed in 203 and it was great. A/C was nice to have. We were gone during the day, but wine on the beach at night was great! Breakfast was tasty and was great eating by the beach with the morning breeze."

"The rooms have a bit of a smell, not outrageous, probably due to age and the amount of exposed wood. Beach proximity is great, right out the back door. The building is on a small footprint and parking is extremely tight. Breakfast was o.k. The quiche was really good, muffins and croissant were also good. Pretty much continental as stated. Easy walking distance to the town of Harwich. The rooms do not face the beach unless you’re on the second floor. There were 2 rooms that faced the beach. We would go back due to the closeness to the beach."
