"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. Al llegar a la habitación, el microondas no funcionaba, lo que resultó muy inconveniente durante la estadía. Las camas eran extremadamente incómodas; se sentían los resortes (springs) a través del colchón, lo que dificultó descansar adecuadamente. Además, la habitación no contaba con una colcha o cobija adecuada para arroparse, lo que hizo la noche menos confortable. Las instalaciones en general lucen bastante antiguas y necesitan mantenimiento y renovación. Para completar, había un fuerte olor a humedad tanto en la habitación como en algunas áreas de la propiedad. Lamentablemente, la relación entre precio y calidad no cumplió con mis expectativas. Espero que la administración tome medidas para mejorar las condiciones de las habitaciones y las facilidades del hotel."

"The rooms are very old and not properly cleaned. They only have double beds which was extremely uncomfortable. Rooms are small. The staff is very friendly and the resort itself is gorgeous. I just wish the beds were more comfortable. It was my bday weekend and I was very disappointed"

The restaurants were truly impressive, offering excellent food and great service throughout my stay. My room was outstanding, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. "We had a great stay. The pool is nice they have a water slide for kids and a slat water pool + Hot tub. Lil private beach in a lagoon was cute too easy access to everything you can use the hotel across the street and all their amenities too. The room was decent usually I can’t sleep well in a hotel I was worried about coming but everything was good. No complaints. Only one elevator working in the lobby but they have another by the pool"
