“Nice accommodation”

“I arrived late in the evening from the Gold Coast to Cairns, feeling tired after a long travel day. But the warm welcome I received made all the difference. The male staff member not only contacted me in advance but also opened the gate and greeted me with such kindness and professionalism — better than most 5-star hotel receptions I’ve experienced. The room was spotless — so clean and well-maintained that I almost felt it was too good to enjoy alone. The cleanliness was truly top-tier,...

“Positive Experience: This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight. Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. It...

“Clean and spacious room, and perfect location to the Esplanade area. Just a few minutes to the bus stops for most of tours. Bars and restaurants right at the hotel.”

“It was very comfortable and good”

“The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again”
