“I booked this hotel specifically for the gym, pool, and other amenities. However, upon arrival, we were informed that all of the amenities were closed for maintenance. Not only was this disappointing, but there was not even a single discount or compensation offered. This was extremely rude and appalling. The hotel should have informed guests about these closures before accepting bookings. Providing misleading information and failing to communicate such important details is highly unprofessional.”

“The property is in a good location, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The bathroom smelled heavy Uribe that’s hasn’t been properly cleaned at all! The odor was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even use the bathroom comfortably. It was so bad that we had to call housekeeping at 1:00 a.m. to deal with the smell. Unfortunately, it completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they fix the terrible odor problem.”
