Eco/pet friendly très bien situé près de l’avenue principale et à quelques minutes de marche de la belle plage. Juste noté que la piscine est à 3 min de marche mais dans un décor enchanteur.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Bucerias. The property has three pools, one of which is steps from the beach, all with sun loungers and palapas. It was great to be able to pick and choose between spending time in the ocean or in the pool without having to change location. The onsite bar and restaurant were much appreciated. Our room in the tower was large and clean and we appreciated the quiet air conditioning, although the view of Banderas Bay from the deck was also beautiful....

“Beautiful design but not at all functional. Very limited space around the main pool. No tables and chairs. Very noisy with construction going on 6 days a week right next to the property. You need a code to get out of the property, so not secure in case of an emergency.”

“Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..”

“This place is amazing, it was worth more than what we paid. The beds are new, hot water, clean nice bathroom and the property is just cool. Has its own private beach and most rooms have a view of the ocean. I would stay here again in a minute. The only potential negative is the place has a lot of stairs. If you are unable to walk stairs this place isn’t for you. If you can walk stairs this place is amazing and the staff super nice.”
