"The PERFECT location; only 10 minutes walk from the Kyoto station and right across from the temple. They also had the BEST breakfast we’ve had during our entire Japan trip (you can choose between traditional Japanese or continental American); we had both and it was delicious. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We were able to Uber everywhere within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!"

"The property is in perfect condition for our family of four. Situated in a charming neighborhood, the property is within walking distance to JR Kyoto station and bus terminal. It's surrounded by restaurants and stores but you hear no noise at night at all. The considerate and helpful host has made our life much easier especially when we don't speak Japanese. I'd definitely come back next time in Kyoto."
