“The check-in process was incredibly slow. Even after being given a room key that didn't work, the staff insisted I get back in line instead of helping me. It took a full hour just to get a working key. Aside from the good location, this place has no redeeming qualities. I will definitely not be returning.”

“Everyone was really nice and friendly”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you”
