“Excellent overall will definitely book again”

“Maintenance guy Carlos was awesome but room had unappealing smell inside and the bed was not comfortable. ”

“Overall the room and the hotel was great. The only thing I'm disappointed was there was no closets and a safe in the room. We always travel with plenty of clothes and we'd like to hang them and also we always have plenty of valuables that needs to be in the safe. I know they have one at the front desk but I feel more secure having it in the room”

“Great”

The pillow did not smell clean but I managed to find one that did but I couldn't help thinking that the sheets never got changed. “A shower cap would have been helpful in our room because our shower had the waterfall shower head. The restaurant didn't have enough staff (1 person) for breakfast and the price was ridiculous. The food was good. Overall, great staff at the hotel and nice pool area. The view was also beautiful.”

“Loved, every minute of my trip to the hotel resort. All my time in Fort Lauderdale, highly recommended.”

“I would not recommend staying at this Hotel. The staff was not the friendliest, cleanliness is poor and rooms were not well maintained. The hot water was not working well during our stay, Wifi was down the whole time and the phones in the room were not working. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at.”

“너무 아름다운 전망과 해변 이용이 편한 점이 좋았습니다”
