"Staffs were great, rooms were clean. A little pricey, but worth it."

"The place was very small for 2 people. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee and no tissues provided. No place to leave the luggage after checkout. No cleaning throughout the stay. The shower water was suddenly switching from cold to very hot which was not pleasant. I would not go back. "

"Overall great spot for the location."

"Spacious, bright, new, clean, well appointed, excellent airconditioning in both bedrooms and main area, good elevator, comfortable beds, great neighbourhood with plentiful restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores nearby. Finicky front door scanner but staff responded quickly when called. WiFi went down near end of stay otherwise good. Would easily stay again."

"Property with kitchen and A/C during a heat wave in Paris. PERFECT! Will come back"

"La experiencia en el departamento fue excelente. Solo con un detalle para el acceso, ya que nos mandaron un correo solamente al registrado en la reserva, no al del usuario de hoteles.com y el no vió el correo antes de la llegada. La llegada es autónoma y depende de codigos de acceso, por lo que debes de estar atento y tener estos datos a la mano antes de su llegada. La localización es excelente, la decoración es de muy buen gusto, todo funciona perfecto. Tiene aspiradora, aire acondicionado...

"I wish we had more time at this apartment! It was so cute. We loved the courtyard and ground floor accessibility. The room was very spacious, clean and well air conditioned. Location was close to the metro, parisien gardens and a great little bakery! We would definitely consider coming back."

"Got bug bites sleeping No host on premises . Hard to get luggage up long stairs. Shower not clean ."

"The location is really close to the metro station which required 30 mins to the tourist area. Fit for travellers who like to live in residential area rather than tourist area. The apartment has all the facilities you need except a washing machine. There is a bus stop just next to the apartment building. But if you are living on the first floor, the bus arrival announcement is a bit disturbing."

"This was a very clean and comfortable 2 BdRm 1 Bth property with a terrific location in the Latin Quarter. It was a little tricky to get luggage up to the 3rd floor without an elevator, but the location and comfort was worth the initial effort. We would recommend this property. "
