โWe attended an event at the convention center and decided to book a hotel the evening prior to the convention. All other hotels were out of rooms so we stumbled across this one. We are so glad we did though! Hotel is very clean and staff were extremely kind and friendly. Due to me rushing to book a room, I accidentally booked a queen bed and we prefer a king. Expedia wanted to charge a ton to upgrade, so I waited and asked during check in. The woman who checked us in was able to do so at a much...
โSuper funky and "quirky" decor...eye candy everywhere and loved the pink throughout the hotel. Had a great meal and lovey cocktails. Huge bonus that it is dog friendly everywhere except the rooftop deck which is understandable. Room was huge and fabulous and will book again when passing through.
The only negative is the immediate neighborhood has some shady characters walking about.โ
โExcellent stay. My only complaint is I had to wait until they found someone to check me in. No one was at the front desk. Two people finally came by but did not have a login to the computer??? It took 20 minutes before they found someone to check me in. โ
โGreat stay. Clean and comfortable room. Shout out to the bartender on 7/26/25. He was closing up, when a thirsty group of concert go-ers showed up. He opened back up and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great guy that helped cap off a great night!โ
โWe had a great time here! Mello(w) checked us in and out at the front desk and they were fun and enthusiastic! Hannah was a great bartender, we loved watching them work and chatting. Such a fun and unique hotel, I highly recommend staying here. We also ate at Penny Lane right across the street. And Broad Street is just a short walk away.โ
โGreat location , and might return , ac units didnโt cool rooms down as well as other Marriott locations I have been to. However I donโt want to make something out of nothing just became difficult for myself and my wife to sleep good. For a quick overnight it did what it needed, staff was very friendly โ
โThe Hotel Staff was nice and the beds were very comfortable, however the top portion of the freezer was frost bitten and wouldn't close. My sister is diabetic and needed to freeze her medicine. We called the front desk, but nothing happened until she spoke to the manager. Maintenance did come right away. However, because the refrigerator door didn't close the night before, all of the ice melted before hand. Management was willing to switch out the refrigerator. โ
โThis hotel was gorgeous! We arrived late so we didnโt spend any time around the area so I'm not sure how that is. I will say it is very loud especially at night outside. I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we werenโt happy with. โ
โThe water in the pool was not clean. The pool area should have a privet entrance away from guest that are checking in. There should be adult time to enjoy the pool away from the kids timeโ
โThe location was a bit sketchy. Lots of truckers and "lot lizards" at night time. The room was not super clean. Comforter had a cigarette burn. The toilet needed to flushes to get anything down. The TV didn't work.โ
