โExcellent customer service. Clean rooms, close to many restaurants and attractions in and around Nashville. Free parking and breakfast included. Would definitely stay here againโ
โStaff very helpful, desk at front was attended to. Wish they had removed old pop machine or replaced it on the second floor. Nice to not have to purchase from front desk . All of the three hotels have not had a pool in working order this last of the three Mt juliet put it on the website. Keep up info on media it's wonderful when they do this. โ

However, it's cold when the heating lowers the temperature and hot when it rises. It was a bit disappointing that the temperature couldn't be maintained. โ
โWe had a great stay, my favorite thing was most definitely the free massage chairs in the lobby, the breakfast was amazing also. I would suggest having more options on the made to order omelet station such as mushroom, and spinach, and fruit compote, chocolate chips and whip cream for the waffles would put it over the top but it was really nice to have a hot breakfast to fill you up and really not having to need lunch during your day. The only issue we had was the fridge in our room was musty...

Staff couldnโt do enough for you and available on WhatsApp 24 hours a day. We switched rooms due to the noise from the highway and it was seamless thank you!!
We will be back for sure, pool is a great size and comfy. Air con is perfect and beds are amazing! โ
โWow! Lovely hotel in the middle of a bustling city . Chill , warm , boutique and a perfect alternative to the impersonal larger hotels on the strip . Do yourself a favor and just stay here , zero regrets . Not a big Nashville person but if I come again , this is the only place Iโd consider staying . โ
