Eurostars Hotel Excelsior
Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities.

Grand Hotel Santa Lucia
The room and hotel was very nice. We did not have the hotel breakfast. We found a very good pastry nearby. The hotel is in a location that is a lengthy walk from the shopping areas and historic area. Not a lot going on along the waterfront.
