โThis hotel had a beautiful courtyard and pool. Indoor parking was nice. The room was very nice and bed was really comfortable. It was near Jackson Square and the Cathedral plus Bourbon Street and tons of stores and restaurants.โ
โOne block from Bourbon Street. Very close to the action scene but away enough to get good sleep. Loved the apartment style suite. Staff were very friendly.โ
โThe staff was incredible. Especially, Nolan, Dwight, and Henry as well as the girl at the front desk with long dark hair. I'm embarrassed I can't remember her name... First class, white glove, genuine service. It was my second time staying at this hotel and my mom's first as well as her first time flying. They made sure to make her feel welcome and definitely made us want to come back again very soon! I can't recommend this hotel enough. โ

โIf you like something special, you should stay here. I have traveled many cities and stayed at many hotels but this one was the best. Very clean, cozy, and people are incredibly kind. Parking is available and it is close to French quarter. Staying in this old church made me feel that I'm in the 17-18 century. Great experience. I have nothing to say about any inconvenience. โ
โWe stayed in the Crescent Suite, and it was beautiful. Corner so wall to wall riverview windows, brick walls, wood posts and exposed beams. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Trains at night didn't bother me, but we walked all day every day.โ

Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it.
Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so itโs an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks.
Staff - phenomenal and went out of their way to assist.

โThis hotel was great! It was nice and surprisingly quiet for the location. However, just in case they still provide ear plugs! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay here for the three nights. โ
โThis was a quaint, clean spot for us to stay. Small room, as expected. Nice pool to enjoy. All dtaff were very friendly and helpful. The areas around the hotel weren't great for my daughter because of drug use and homeless. We did enjoy the area for the beauty and shops. โ
