"It was an average hotel for a quick stop. Very convenient location to everything including Canada, but no wow factor to hotel halls very dirty room fine"
"Staff lacks custom service. Front desk staff wearing a winter tossel cap, housekeeping wearing ear buds when I approached to ask a question (I banged on wall to get attention), coffee machine in lobby only water came out, lemon water canister in lobby very cloudy, breakfast staff NO gloves handling food and she actually pulled her cell phone out in the middle of a very crowded dining area. Stairs to basement breakfast FILTHY. Cleanest part of our staff was actually the bathroom near front desk."
"Second night a few buses arrived with young adults at 11:00 at night. Group took over floor we were on and very loud and yelling until midnight. Called desk, told they just arrived and would get them in rooms soon. That took an hour. Someone should have told them to keep it down. The lady on the desk when called at 11:00 was no help.
The young lady at the desk in the morning was very good and helpful."
"Great stay overall with a couple small issues
We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was a nice bonus — there was a good variety including waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and sausage, which made mornings easy.
There were just a couple of minor inconveniences: our room didn’t have a remote for the TV, and the bathroom sink was positioned in a way that caused water to drip onto the countertop when using it. Neither issue ruined the stay, but they’re worth noting for future improvements.
Overall, a solid experience with friendly service and good amenities."
