"The location of Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Clifton Hill. However, the overall experience was quite inconvenient. Parking is a major issue. Valet parking requires a lot of waiting whenever you need your car, and self-parking has very limited availability—especially on weekends. You need a lot of patience either way. We also had trouble with our room key. It stopped working at 10:30 a.m., even though checkout is at 11:00 a.m. We had to go down to the lobby to reactivate it, which was frustrating due to long elevator wait times (over 2 minutes each trip). The first attempt didn’t even work, and the whole process took more than 35 minutes—just to get back into the room, grab our belongings, and check out. Overall, the experience left a negative impression. The only real advantage is the location. There are many better hotel options around Clifton Hill. If being right next to Clifton Hill is not essential for you, you can find much better hotels at lower prices."

"The hotel and waterpark were pretty rundown. Staff at the front desk were nice. The kids had fun at the waterpark. We struggled to get our little ones to sleep because there are courtyards outside all the rooms. There were kids running around and yelling in the halls and in the courtyards until after 10pm. We called down to ask the front desk if they could ask them to quiet down but they said the hotel "quiet time" starts at 10pm. For us, this is a bit late as our kids are usually down well before that. The walls are thin so we could hear everything and it was stressful. The beds and bedding were not very comfortable and the blankets were really thin and did not have a cover, although a sheet was provided. Felt more like a hostel to be honest. I was happy we had only booked one night. Next time I think we will stay elsewhere largely due to the level of noise - waiting until 10pm for the hotel to quiet down is just too late for our family."

"Clean room, lots of space in the room. Fridge, dishwasher washer, utensils, pots and pans, coffee cups, glasses cutlery, some bowels, toaster. Great shower. Hotel was a good location, minutes from the falls and the rapid."
