"The stay was great. The property is very quiet and nice. It’s small perfect for one person. I would stay here again. The host did say it was booked when I tried to extend and he lied and it was not booked so I booked it online after I asked him so he was caught in a lie. That was my only issue. Other than that the state was nice."

"This was the best property we stayed in while traveling around the Tokyo area. The space was so clean and felt like a home away from home. There is a grocery store within a short walking distance, a close bus stop, and a moderate walk to a few subway stations. My family will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. "

"The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)"

"Room was too cramped with unncessary furniture like a low table, and another high table in front of the couch. There was one more dining table with four chairs which would have sufficed. Bathing quarters were a little cramped and harder to use with a child. Other than that, everything else was fine. "

"This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower....
