โMy partner and I stayed here for two nights and she loved it from first site of the grounds and the hotel. It was a short walk into Llangollen where we had access to restaurants and pubs, plus the River Dee and the canal.โ
โWe booked in for a spontaneous one night getaway based on positive reviews online and were pleased to find our expectations exceeded. We had a spacious and well appointed room with a four-poster bed and view towards the mountains that was just what we needed after a tough week.
Staff were lovely and struck the perfect balance between friendly and professional. The Sunday carvery from the in-house restaurant was excellent all round.
No sooner had we returned home and I was already recommending...
โRoom spacious and comfortable with extras like tea/coffee/water well stocked. Bath was nice to have but also a powerful shower. Food is good although service stops a little early - especially on Sunday. Breakfast very good - all cooked to order.โ
โI stayed for one nite in room 3 top floor. Itโs situated at rear so away from Main Street at front , therefore so quiet . Lovely room , my gut feeling is the breakfast would be great , but I had to leave early so unfortunately canโt comment . Parking for my motorbike was easy and also at rear. Would definitely stay here again . โ
โThe staff were excellent. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had a dog friendly room which was really lovely. The food was delicious, the hotel is centrally positioned in Conwy. I would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel. We will return again the near future.โ
โIt was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile.
Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50.
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.โ
โAn enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full.
Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to ยฃ9 as ยฃ13 bit steep, we would have had more.!
We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. ยฃ9 for a dessert again a little pricy. โ
