“Loved this hotel it location was 5 min from Hammersmith Underground or 10 min from Baron Court. Lovely clean room bathroom seemed renewed nice new shower bathtub. Breakfast is well worth the money you can fill up on loads of choices. Shoutout to the manager who runs around in the morning during breakfast with a great smile and customer pro service attitude. He's a real asset to the Hotel wish I had asked his name. recommend !”

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend."
