"It was solidly very good and the front of house staff were attentive and excellent. Food was average and pricey (to be expected in a hotel I guess). Room was clean but there was only one glass instead of two (this was not corrected during the entirety of our stay - but we also didn't ask, I was just curious to see if it would be picked up by housekeeping unaided), and the bath had an unsighly chip in it, which was a bit offputting. The pool was excellent - a highlight amenity and the spa massage was very good as well."

"The best air con on a 10 day interrail holiday. The hotel is in a great location right near the station. Reception is a hotel over the road but it’s no hassle and there was a sign explaining. You are about 30 min walk to St Marks but it’s a great adventure through Venice and the boat bus stations (vaparetto) are outside the station so it’s got lots of options if you don’t fancy a walk. The Beds were super comfy. Would stay here again the complimentary Prosecco was also very nice!"
