"The Creekside restaurant has good food, but very understaffed. Take out for dinner was a 90 min wait, and we were not able to place our order ahead with phone call. Also, front desk staff was inconsistent. I was to get an emailed invoice upon check out, but never received it 2 of the espresso employees at the Mercantile store were not very friendly, and one woman initially charged me incorrectly for my iced mocha, until I questioned the total amount. No apology, not customer service friendly."

"We loved the view of the lake from from our place. It was a short walk down to the lake and there was a restaurant right nearby. That was awesome food there also. Glad we picked this place and a great location. The room was basic, but that our needs in the store was real close and get things there. If you wanted something would stay there again if I came back in that area."
