Property was in a quiet part of town but we loved that you could walk along the beach to downtown Pismo. Also really appreciated that there were ceiling fans because it got pretty warm when we were there"

"Frustrating that there may not be a system to allow a hotel to inform Expedia that the hotel had no AC operating, all rooms. Still I checked out two available rooms, non smoking, but it had a srong smell of smoking being smotherrd by the stench of strong cleaner. No AC and that smell. The staff were exceptionally nice though. Not their fault. Seemed like a corporate failing. "
