"Check in wasn't smooth when we arrived around past 10pm , only 2 front desk rep were around , took us 30 mins to get our room so by the time we were in the room & got settled, it's almost 11pm , I requested for some extra pillows & towels twice but no one showed up until we just fell asleep and still nothing the next day , I had to call again for some requests . This time somebody came and told me that if it's already past 11, barely no one is around anymore and he apologized in behalf but that is unacceptable especially for a 5 star hotel like this , there should be enough staff to cover every customer's request :( . Such a disappointment as I am a World of Hyatt Member and I have stayed with other locations and never encountered such a thing . This one request we were just basically ignored , I will accept if front desk had already gave a heads up about the situation instead of just totally no one came to our room"

"Room was tired, definitely needs a refresh - new mattress(existing mattress badly stained), new drapes (holes and tears), door very difficult to close due to sticking latch, decaf coffee not replenished. This was our second not great experience at a Wyndham. Gonna pass next time."

"The hotel was nice for the price. Breakfast was good, but I was charged twice for one morning and had to call and ask for reimbursement. The room lacked a blow dryer and I had to ask for them to bring it to me which took a few minutes."

"Close to everything we walked to a baseball game and walked to the Gas Lamp district although you could stay at the hotel your entire trip the restaurants had great food and the grounds are beautiful"
