โCentrally located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made us lattes and water when we arrived. Allowed us to check in slightly ahead of 2pm which was very helpful as we were exhausted from travel. โ
โThis is a unique property in the Spanish Quarter. Vehicles cannot drive to the entrance, which is very difficult to find if you think you are looking for a traditional hotel. It would be helpful for the hotel to send a photo of the entrance or post one on the website so it would be easier to find. However, once you find it, it's a great spot. So central to everything and spotlessly clean. A wonderful little balcony overlooking the chaotic street that is surprisingly quiet at night. ...

โThe location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room. The staff were very friendly but professional at the same time and we felt vey well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and always delivered on time. โgreat location in Santa Lucia, room was comfortable , the AC was cool and it was quiet. The breakfast was nice with lovely service, Iโm gluten free and they got pastries in for me especially.
Would stay again if visiting Naples. โ
