โReally nice property we had a traditional style room, host was very helpful and polite, could see Mount Fuji from corridor to our room. Accommodation exterior better than photos show would recommend โ

โItโs a very nice, Japanese style hotel. We had plenty of space (unlike other Japanese hotels). The hotel has a decent onsen as well. They also provide Japanese breakfast (ok, mot great) and Keiseki dinner. Very close to the lake, yet a bit far from the crowds of tourists. Not many dining options around (we ended up with take-out ine night). Overall, a nice and convenient hotel.โ
"The room is huge but very very old and dirty. Hopefully the hotel will keep clean more to meet at least the standard of the hotel criteria.
We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. Due to this, made us tired even more to wait for him to finished checking in job around 30mins. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him gone error and dont know how to check in for the guests like that.
Also on the checked out day, i was surprised a lot when came back to the room at 9.20am after breakfast that my room was open widely. At that time my belongings and valuable things were spread in the room. I felt terrible with this hotel security and service a lot. And i will not come back here again. "
