โExcellent all round. The staff were amazing from start to finish, very good English as well with made our stay as foreigners easier. Shuttle bus to and from Kanazawa train station made arrival and departure hassle free. Breakfast offered a large range of options of both Japanese and continental food. Perfection.โ
โThis place was a dream, I had a big room with a beautiful bathtub and the whole place was bliss. The staff spoke great English and were very kind. The Taiwanese breakfast was delicious. I had a massage here which was one the best I have ever had. The location is so convenient for shops, kenrokuen gardens and the the art museum. I would love to come and stay again โ
โClean and very comfortable space, large room with air conditioning. Getting to and from the train stations was easy (straight shot, 20 minute walk). Convenient location with gardens and castle within walking distance. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend. โ
โTraditional stay in beautiful room & hotel. As non Japanese speakers the staff tried really hard with Google translate to communicate with us which was appreciated. Food was delicious & different each day. The garden view from the rooms & dining area were lovely. The only minor complaint was the hard Japanese style pillow which seemed to be full of rice or some kind of grain??? We tried to embrace it as part of the experience! Great location, can walk everywhere and/or there is a bus stop...
