The check in procedure is smooth and quick. The resort amenities and hotel ground is beautiful. Food wise, for dinner and breakfast is well presented but taste wise is just ok. It would be nice if the hotel offer 2 types of pillow as the one offered is too soft.

An amazingly beautiful ski resort hotel with a great staff and excellent food (Yotei's shabu and breakfast were great). The Hilton hotel in Niseko would be great place to keep going back to. Thank you to everyone there.
