"A beautiful hotel perched on the hillside with stunning views and a great pool. The hotel has a gentleness to it, serene despite a lot of bright colours. The staff were all helpful and there is a fabulous free shuttle bus every hour (almost) that you can get into the centre of Sorrento as a walk would be 45 minutes up steep hills. We used this every day to either go in for a wander or in the evening to go for dinner. We are already planning our next trip"

"Staying at Europa Palace was a magnificent experience for our family. The hotel is top of the line Beautiful clean and had everything that we needed. The staff was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. 5 to 8 minute walk into city center, easy hike, down to the pool and Beach area. Closely located to fairies for day trips to other cities in the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was included and it offered so many delicious options. Our room was beautiful, clean modern with great air conditioning. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in Europe so far and we’d look forward to visiting there again soon."

"Pros: Great location, nice breakfast buffet, balcony with a view of the bay, pleasant staff. Cons: very uncomfortable hard pillows and bed, could not use Apple Pay - which caused us to have use a credit card that charged an exchange fee, terrible TV - we like to relax after a day of walking/touring, and there were TWO available stations, no streaming."

"This is a great modern hotel just 15 minutes walk from the pedestrian street in the center of Sorrento. The room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the terrace. The pool is in excellent condition with high quality towels, shower and bathrooms. The staff is superbly helpful and attentive. We had awesome stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for some quietness among palm trees and a garden to walk through."
