“The room, premises, staff, and facilities were amazing. Absolutely top notch! The restaurant food was really nice. The only slight negative was that the room was a little too warm with the temperature sensor set to the lowest setting. The spa was brilliant, we used the gym, sauna steamer and pool and all were clean and well looked after. It’s a hell yeah from us!!”

“Very clean hotel. Was charge extra for breakfast when I arrived but it was corrected straight away. The shower was also cold and didn’t warm up. ”

“Not quite the 5 star experience that we were expecting. The hotel is very dated and could do with some TLC. The decking area outside of the bar was very dirty with holes in the seat covers and the whole are could do with a clean and a tidy up. You need to get up early for breakfast as there is limited seating for this and it gets extremely busy after 9am. The room was comfortable but it would have been great to have seats on the balcony so that you can sit and enjoy the view. I have stayed...

“Maintenance tried to adjust the cooling in the air conditioning system but did not have sufficient cooling I had to put the system on 10 (C) with a high fan. This may have been a problem if the weather was hot. I believe we were in Room 1016 - deluxe bedroom ”

“Even though hotel is a little bit distant from main street and attractions, we can reach there by walk easily. The room condition was good and clean. However they didn't give us complimentary water.
