"This hotel is right across Kyoto station, within walking distance. Hotel offers all the basic amenities, like free water, coffee and tea. Breakfast options are nice, with good service. This hotel also offers a free drink at bar everyday. It is a good option for family staying with all the basic amenities. The only cons are lighting in the room and some smell."

"Staff was Awesome! The rooms on the 8th floor were exceptional and very clean. The bedding for the four of my family members, showers were superb, and restrooms extremely clean. The hotel was a seven minute ride from Kyoto Station. The restaurants they offered were top-notch and a variety of sushi, waygu steak/kobe beef, noodles, ramen, soba, and etc. The taxi rides to Historical sites were well worth it for us. The trains are very accommodating around town and the wards. We loved the Tarimachi area for shopping, food and people watching. So much to offer. We will be back in the future. Family from Denver, Colorado. May/June 2026."

"Our first time in Japan. The accommodation was superb. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was kept clean and necessary amenities were provided. The property is conveniently located close to the public transportation, attractions, and shopping area. Should we come back in Kyoto we will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and reasonable size. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a quieter area of Kyoto, mostly accessible by bus or walking but just a little further away from tourist hotspots. The mini fridge was pretty useless as it wouldn’t get colder regardless of what setting we used, and the lobby didn’t have any coffee or snacks until 2:30pm unless you paid for breakfast. We would stay again."
