โConveniently located from the airport bus (747) stop --- less than 100m. Hotels staffs are kind to the guests. European style breakfast is good and rooms have facilities for cooking. However, the facility is somewhat old and the toilet lid keeps falling down on its own. I had to use tape to hold it.โ
โThe hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is conveniently located near a train station and a main arts/culture hub. โ
โThe room was huge compared to other hotels in metropolitan cities. Condition and service of the hotel was great for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but wish they had better(payable)breakfast service. The hotel's very close to McGill university.โ
โCoffee and breakfast included was wonderful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly! Conveniently located near a bunch of restaurants, cafes, landmarks, etc. Staff are available to offer suggestions of where to go! Will be staying here again! โ
โThis is very nice hotel with some great amenities such as a pool, sauna and multiple lounge areas. We love the trendy decor and overall feel of the place. We do see some of the growing pains with a new hotel and some areas that the builder of the hotel could have improved upon. The swimming pools and hot tub don't were nice but the water felt a little dirty with clumps of hair floating. Don't get me wrong, I would stay here again but I wish they could pay a little attention to these...
