“Big beautiful rooms and friendly helpful staff! Great location!”

“The front desk staff, the one doing the night/overnight shift, was very unwelcoming. No greetings whatsoever.”

“Great customer service, thank you!!!”

“Fix the water pressure and warmth of your showers!!!”

“Staff was lovely and gave us another room when we asked because ours smelled like smoke. Then fixed the toilet in the new room. Breakfast was minimal, pillows were uncomfortable and worn, recommend bringing your own pillow.”

“Everything looked very nice. It was clean. They were very polite, and when we needed new towels, they made sure we had them. Very happy with my stay.”

“CLUB ROOM”

“주변에 가게들이 많고, 조용하고 쾌적했습니다.”

“Would have enjoyed my shower more if the water was hotter. Overall. Very nice stay.”

“You have to pay for breakfast and it's awkward. It's self serve but somebody will come put down a receipt with a tip line? If you get put in an adjoining room, you can hear everything and there's nothing they will do about this. But it was clean and there was a hot tub”
