“The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front...

“The old building has been renovated with a kitschy design. Staffs were friendly and room was clean. But the room needed to be improved. It was extremely bothersome to unplug the bedside stand just to charge my mobile phone. Also the room lacks a fridge, and the lighting was too dim. I would visit the hotel right next, which shares facilities like the pool and restaurant with here - which means we had to go there to use these.”

“Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Especially the front deak & bus driver. The lounge was a fun plane for me & my family to hang out & play games while passing times. Not the bougiest lobby the world but I prefer that way. Would stay again for sure.”

“Hotel was great. Biggest disappointment was the fact that did not have a parking space and I had to use a city lot a block away that cost me $45.”

“The first impression was charming. Cool bar and lounge area. Our room blew a fuse( no a/c, lamp, clock) and staff never repaired it. In evening hours we could not find one employee to assist. Randomly an employee also just walked into our room without knocking while we were in the room.”
