"The hotel is not in good conditions, it not clean enough and it do not offer many amenities, the price was high for what it offers. Location is convenient if you are looking a place near Poenix Sky Harbor airport, but it doesn't feel safe at night. It wasn't a good experience for me, I don't recomend it, and I am sure you can find somerhing better at the same price around Phoenix airport. "

"Please tell OH pool to keep music volume up. One day we went and vibe was so good with music, next day for some reason music volume was turned down and it was not the same. The following day music volume seemed to be back up a bit. For people just hanging at the pool to soak up sun and maybe have a drink, the music vibe is very important."

"The staff was great! Some areas needs some attention from ice machine( it was difficult to chisel away ice),plus one was broken the green pool for the whole week was not inviting to jump in. It was extremely hot in Phoenix so it understandable that the warm water was hard to maintain. Hoses were in/ out pool. The room- great tv, counters etc. but the AC was hard to control, it was either too cold or too hot. The walls are thin as I heard the neighbors alarm go off in the morning. Our lock didn’t work in 2nd day but staff handled it and fixed it immediately. The Laundry area was convenient so that help. The best part is the location and price was awesome! Our favorite places to eat nearby was the Asian/sushi place in lot. Salads and Go and Delfalcos Italian on Scottsdale rd plus Dukes bar is great and Trevor’s Liquior store is a unique place. "

"Easy check-in. I felt safe and appreciated the security. The kitchenette was convenient. The pillows were lumpy but other than that the bed was comfortable. "

"Would definitely not recommend. After one hour in the room, we had to leave and ended up staying at another hotel in the area. The horrible dog excrement smell that they attempted to cover with copious amounts of carpet deodorizer were just overwhelming. It made us all sick at our stomachs and suffering with headaches as well. No refund was offered and had to pay an additional charge at a different hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The rest was a short lived horrible experience."

"The staff was excellent. Special attention needs to be given to Oshawa at the front desk who was truly exceptional. She was professional and thoughtful and provided tremendous customer service. She is truly a gem, and is worthy of recognition."
