테네시 콘도

“Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good.”

“This place is not what it sounds like it is a joke we had so many problems and they did not fix one of them one was the refrigerator and we had kids with us they never came then we had bugs in our place ever came ask to talk to someone no one ever called it is done though Tex message no one is ever at the office and if you need clean towels they tell you to wash the ones you have please look somewhere else”

“There’s nothing special”

“Experience was absolutely terrible!!! We had nothing that was listed, we complained about the noise above us and they did nothing, asked about relocation and they wanted more money, pool was disgusting, couldn’t access some things that were mentioned, definitely not worth what we paid when you have ignorant people stomping all night and early in the morning!!!!! I asked about some sort of refund and got nothing !!!”

“Well located in between Knoxville and Gatlinburg.”

“The property was nice enough. I accidentally left my tablet and it seems to have just disappeared. Won't stay there again”

“Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!”

“The bathtubs were very dirty and stained. The floors were also not very clean. Property needs updates. Close to roads with lots of car noise. Don’t go on car show weekends.”

“The property was very clean, good size for our group, excellent location. Check-in and communication was fantastic.”

“Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

“It was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the dryer filter is broken and was just lying in the dryer. We tried to put it back where it belonged, but it would come out again. For old people like us, we needed some TV instructions. Thank you”

“We loved our stay here at Eagles Landing! It was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Very conveniently located! Recommend 10/10 and would absolutely stay here again if we were to ever come back to PG. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“There were no major issues and the office was very quick to respond when I had questions. I would definitely stay again. ”
