“The room was clean and generally well maintained. The staff, particularly at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was very tasty and good quality. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately we ended up with an interconnecting room, so despite the hotel being advertised as having sound proof rooms, it really wasn’t. “Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. ”

“Always enjoy our time here but it was a shock to find that access to the spa is no longer included. Expedia should make this clear on their website as the reviews all say how lovely the spa is butno mention of the £15 per person each day required which puts an additional £60 on an overnight stay if you want to go in when you get there and before you leave.”

“The view from the room was terrible. It was a concrete square with tyres. The furniture was plasticky. For the price really wasn’t worth it on top of that our sleep was disrupted by people fighting and the police being called. I wish I booked the Holiday Inn.”
