"The staff at this hotel were amazing. Staff helped us with whatever was needed. The hotel is well cared for & inviting. The staff at the marketplace were not very accommodating & prices were super high for what was purchased. The room was great & the housekeeping staff provided many things we needed. However, after two of the 4 night stay, we didn’t receive a room cleaning or weren’t asked about it. Weird. The location is exceptional & made traveling the city very convenient. "

"The hotel is going through construction so it’s dirty and gets noisy during the day. The front desk staff is usually just busy chatting among themselves and not very attentive. The rooms are cramped, it’s very tight for a family of four. "

"Great location, easy check in/out, no coffee in the (non-suite) rooms and you have to buy it in the lobby which is a bit of a pain, especially if the barista is on break when you get downstairs. Rooms are small, but efficient and tidy. Perfect for a solo traveler. "
