"The hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff, there is a free coffee and juice on site. Also, plenty of stores and restaurants are around."

"Great property, great food- breakfast buffet with fresh crepes and lox wow- the pool was great as well - we had a pool facing room it was good but loud even up to 10:30. The bar staff were not very responsive though- each night we went and we were not served for about 15 min. But overall good stay!!! "

"It’s a fun hotel for the kids. Our room didn’t have a railings for the walk out balcony (1st floor) and the washroom should have a fan. "

"We love the Hotel Palace Royal. We stay here every year when we're in Quebec City. Such a great location, and the rooms with the inside balcony overlooking the pool are just so much fun. "

"Very clean, comfortable beds, great location. If you are driving parking at the hotel is limited but there are other options nearby so it won’t be an issue. "
