"This was our first off-Strip hotel experience and it was great! Would definitely go back. The staff were so nice and friendly and our suite was beautiful with fantastic views. The food court was really convenient for breakfasts and the buffet was excellent. Music at the Palms Pool is pretty loud all day, maybe not for everyone, but we enjoyed the vibe. I think it would be good to consider letting guests bring a reusable water bottle to the pool area, it’s not eco-friendly with everyone using multiple plastic cups all day long. "
