“Gorgeous hotel, rooms were well appointed... No TV was an added bonus! Lounge area was lovely to sit in the evening, playing one of the many boardgames. Restaurant was a little cramped (but this might have been due to the beautiful Christmas tree that was on display) but the food was incredible! We will definitely be back!”

“Karen is a brilliant hostess. She welcomes you into her beautiful historic, unbelievably cosy home, some of which dates back to the days of Tudor. The rooms are spotlessly clean and warm. The full English breakfast is substantial and very tasty. It is well posted, being only a 5 minute walk from the lakeside and a two minute walk from the bus stop to Keswick or Workington. I will definitely be going back.”

“주변 환경이 끝내줍니다. 이곳이 영국에서 유명한 트랙킹 코스 시작지점인 듯 합니다. Coast to Coast의 서쪽 시작 지점인 듯 합니다. 방은 좀 좁고 건물은 많이 낡았지만, 스태프들이 다 친절하고, 레스토랑의 음식은 전반적으로 다 맛있습니다. 양이 어머어마 합니다. 다양한 맥주를 맛 볼 수 있어 좋습니다. 이곳에 또 방문 한다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다.”
