“Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again. ”

The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. “Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!”

“Es war unbeschreiblich toll. Die Lage ist super, man läuft nur über die Straße und ist schon am Strand. Auch der Fußweg in die Stadt und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten ist kurz. Aber die Gastgeber sind mit ihrer Herzlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und mir ist es wirklich sehr schwer gefallen wieder abreisen zu müssen. Absolut empfehlenswert!”
