It was market day (Wednesday) so traffic was really busy, we was having trouble finding somewhere to park, I telephoned the hotel and asked if it was okay to park early, they said yes and also I asked if we could park beyond our checkout time and they said yes. So stress free excellent service and experience 👍”
“The owners are friendly and attentive . They treat every customer like a VIP. The house is well- maintained. You can see every details the owners made. It is not the style of modern hotel but we enjoy our stay in this cozy and traditional english building.”
“Located in a very beautiful location within walking distance of several points of interest, such as The Shambles, York Minster, the City Walls, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast served in the morning is truly exquisite. The room and the hotel in general seemed very clean, in excellent condition despite being an old building, and safe. The attention and friendliness of the front desk and breakfast staff were exceptional!”
