"The property is ideally located for a short visit to Vienna. Naschmarkt, just a couple of mins walk has lots of good restaurants. City not much further. Room was OK but tired. Tea/coffee provided but had to ask for milk. Were told it's not provided but they did get some from the kitchen. "So I requested a handicap accessible room which they said they gave me however there were stairs to get to the elevator so if there’s no way to get to the elevator without climbing stairs in the room is certainly not handicap accessible. We finally get to the room it has a nice shower I go to check the refrigerator to make sure it’s plugged in because I was going out to eat and was planning on bringing back some leftovers.
