She helped us understand how to see the volcano eruption and even went out of her way to wake up other guests to be sure they didn't miss it. She has thought of everything including "junk" towels to clean up shoes after hiking. The breakfasts were delicious, and the papaya boats were excellent. The location near the volcano is convenient too. Excellent. Planning my return trip already "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Volcano Forest Inn. The large room, access to the full kitchen/common area, the quiet location surrounded by the rainforest, and the private deck allowed us to enjoy a relaxing visit. The inn has a great location just outside the national park. We were able to stop at several places before they became busy. There was a good amount of information on the area and a tv with current info on the volcano. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Overall, it was a great visit that I strongly recommend. "

"I loved the secret garden the owner had constructed! The property could be a bit tricky to find, I would recommend to check in before dark. There are great dining options nearby, including vegetarians."
