"Staff friendly and efficient. No bathroom light as broken/bulb gone. Unable to change the radiator temperature in room so was too hot to sleep. Mug had been used and biscuits open and half eaten. It did look like the other clean mug and biscuits so assume the cleaner not checked. However there was a good amount of tea and coffee left if id have felt ok to use the mugs. Everything else is as expected for the standard of hotel"

"We have stayed many times at this hotel. Parking is safe and a reasonable price for York. The reception is always well presented, the reception staff there are always polite, friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many rooms on different floors they have always been clean, spacious and quiet."

"We had a wonderful stay however the fridge was quite noisy when trying to go to bed. "

Room was fine but there was no fridge to keep drinks cool because there is also no air conditioning. Our room was really warm even though we had the window opened day and night. "
